This comfortable studio is situated on the second floor of a 19th century building on the rue Quincampoix, which is a very calm street, situated two blocks away from the Pompidou centre; it used to be a banking centre in the 16th and 17th centuries, and it also housed the precursor to the Royal academy of music, which later became the Opera. Now it houses many small modern art galleries and cool cafés and restaurants. It is very central, with the Pompidou, the Marais, Notre Dame and les Halles all just a few minutes walk away.
The studio looks onto the street with two large windows, and apart from the bathroom, has modern wooden parquet floors. The decoration has been done in a contemporary style, with a very good quality, king-sized convertible sofa bed, coffee table, arm chair and pouf in the living area. there is also a table with seating for two, as well as three high chairs, serving the bar of the well-equipped kitchen area.
The kitchen is equipped with a vitro-ceramic stove with two burners, a microwave, refrigerator with ice compartment, toaster, espresso machine and kettle. The bathroom has white-tiled walls and floors with a large bathtub, sink and toilet.
