This luxury apartment is situated on Rue de la Paix, just next to Place Vendome, well known for it world famous jewelry stores, such as Boucheron, Van Cleef & Arpels, Chaumet and Buccellati. There is also the Ritz hotel, the old Opera house, rue St. Honoré with its fashion boutiques and the louvre, just a couple of blocks away, so you are ideally situated for a stylish holiday, week-end getaway, or an important business trip. The building was a hotel in the past that was converted into luxury apartments.

This luxury suite is situated on the third French floor, with a beautiful belle-époque elevator; it is 80 square meters (861 sq. feet) with very high ceilings. It has been entirely decorated in an 'empire' style with real antique furniture, wood parquet de Versailles floors and Persian rugs.

The small entrance hall gives on to a well-equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine, stove and microwave on your right. Straight in front of you is the living room, with desk, dining room table, comfortable sofas and armchairs. On the other side of the living room there are two doors, one leading on to the bathroom (also connected privately to the master bedroom) and the other leading on to the second bedroom, equipped with a convertible sofa bed and which follows through to the master bedroom equipped with a king size bed, a large plasma TV screen and plenty of storage space. The bathroom in an art deco style, with red tiling, has a bathtub, washbasin and toilet.
