From here you are just a few minutes walk from the famous Champs-Elysees and all of the major Paris tourist attractions are just a short metro-ride away.

The apartment is on the first floor of a beautiful, turn-of-the century building with a beautiful wrought-iron elevator with a seat, as well as a gorgeous stone staircase. The building is of a very high standard and the flat has been entirely renovated and decorated with the finest materials; wood parquet floors, Exotic wood doors and wardrobes and double glazed/sound-proofed windows. There is also central heating and an integrated air-conditioning system.

The living room, with its two large windows overlooks the avenue, which is bordered with beautiful trees that flower magnificently in the spring. There is a high-quality sofa bed with a thick mattress, a coffee table that can be raised to make a dining table, a desk and a large flat-screen cabled television. The kitchenette is in a very well-designed niche and is fully equipped with a two-hub vitroceramic stove, microwave oven, refrigerator with ice compartment, a compact dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine and a kettle. There is also a wardrobe with plenty of space to stock clothes and a washing machine/dryer combo.

The master bedroom with its separate entrance and en-suite bathroom, is equipped with a large good quality queen-sized bed which can also be split into two singles, a desk and a large flat-screen cabled television. There is a kitchenette is in a very well-designed niche, fully equipped with a two-hub vitroceramic stove, microwave oven, refrigerator with ice compartment, a compact dishwasher and a kettle. There is also a wardrobe with plenty of space to stock clothes and a washing machine/dryer combo.

The second bedroom, overlooking the avenue, also has a very good quality queen-sized bed, a flat-screen television with cable connection and plenty of storage space.

The second bathroom has two separate entrances which makes it en-suite to both the second bedroom and the living room. It is equipped like the master bathroom, with a beautiful stone-tiled modern shower with a seat, toilet, sink and wall hairdryer.
