This large 50 sq. Metre (540 sq. ft.) one bedroom loft apartment is ideally situated in the heart of the Marais a few blocks away from the Pompidou centre and the Place des Vosges and close to metro connections that will take you to all the major tourist attractions and shopping areas of Paris.
The apartment is on the second (etage noble) floor of a 17th Century building and has had a complete renovation to the highest standards with gas-fired central heating, original, restored oak-beamed ceilings, stone wall features, bleached wood parquet floors and three enormous floor-to-celing windows. The apartment is south facing and is thus bathed in sunlight for most of the day.
The living area has a large comfortable design sofa around a coffee table. There is a video projector to watch cabled television or a video on the wall with surround home cinema sound from Bose, just as if you were at the cinema.
There is a large dining table with seating for atleast 10 people next to the modern kitchen space, equipped with a four-hub vitroceramic cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker and kettle, as well as pots, pans and crockery to make a good meal.
The Bedroom is on a stand-up mezzanine, above the bathroom and overlooking the apartment, complete with a large queen-sized ergonomical mattress, a small television and a work desk.
The white-tiled bathroom has a large sink for two, bath, toilet and washing machine/dryer combo.
The apartment is of course equipped with free high-speed wifi internet connection, cabled television and telephone with free calls to landlines in many countries all over the world.
