This charming Parisian rental studio is in the northern part of the marais, just behind the 'conservatoire des arts et métiers' a museum transformed from a church and monastery in the early 19th century, devoted to machines and technology. This part of the marais is very calm and residential, but just a few minutes walk away from the hub of things.

The apartment is on the third french floor overlooking a courtyard filled with plants. The sleeping area is equipped with a queen sized bed for two, separated by original exposed wood beams from the main living area. The living area has a comfortable sofa and coffee table, original 18th century engravings, a 19 th century dining table for two and a flatscreen television with DVD player and cable connection. There is plenty of storage space.

The bathroom has a stand-up shower, a sink with medecine cabinet, a toilet and a towel-heater. The kitcen is equipped with two electric burners, a microwave/oven combo, refrigerator with ice-compartment, toaster, coffee machine and a washing machine.
