Special apartments is a French company, based in Paris, specialised in the short term rental of furnished Parisian apartments, flats and homes. We have been managing furnished luxury and budget apartments in Paris since January 2005. Our team has over ten years of experience in the hotel, residence and furnished flat rentals business in central Paris. The director, Regis Maurin was the director of several hotels and residences in Central Paris before setting up Special apartments and his principal associate, John Armstrong is an Anglo-American, who has lived and worked in Paris for over twenty years, and understands very well the needs of a foreigner in Paris.

We'll even offer a reduction if you rent one of our Paris flats for more than four nights! SERVICE
Because being in a foreign country can sometimes be a little daunting when you don't know the language and local customs, we propose a whole range of services to make your stay in Paris a breeze! We can organize minibus, taxi or chauffeur transfers from the airport or train station to your rental apartment in central Paris, basic groceries delivered before your arrival, reservations for tours, restaurants and shows. If you would like a cleaning person during your stay in your paris apartment, rent a cell-phone, a bicycle or a car, just feel free to ask our friendly English-speaking staff and they will make it a pleasure to help you the best they can.
