This charming one bedroom is in the Etienne Marcel neighbourhood, close to 'Les Halles', Chatelet, the Montorgueil neighbourhood, Place des Victoires and the Pompidou centre. The Marais is just a five minute walk away. Here you are in the heart of things. This area is one of the busiest areas of Paris. But because it is in a private passageway and looks onto a courtyard, it is very calm and quiet.

The apartment is on the 3rd French floor, with high wood-beamed ceilings, large double-glazed windows and white tiled floors. It is about 40 sq. meters (430 sq. feet). The main room is 20 sq.meters (215 sq.feet) with a large L-shaped sofa, which converts to a comfortable bed for two. It has been tastefully furnished to make you feel at much at home as possible. The high east-facing windows give much light and overlook a very peaceful courtyard. There are two armchairs and a table in teak wood with four chairs. There is a flat screen TV with cable, a telephone and a wireless internet connection.

The bedroom sleeps two people comfortably in a large 140cmX200cm bed and there is plenty of storage space in the closet.

The kitchen is very well equipped, with a 2 burner stove, a microwave, a coffee maker, a refrigerator with ice compartment and a washing machine/dryer combo.

The bathroom is clean and functional with a shower, toilet and wash basin, with a cabinet to store toiletries.
