Hi Regis,
We've departed from the apartment and are on our way back to SF. We had leftover food/drink and left them in the refridgerator for the next guests to enjoy. We enjoyed renting the apartment and found it to be very comfortable. We will recommend your service to friends/colleagues in the future.

We arrived back home safely and of course had a lot of work to catch up with on our return. This kept me from contacting you sooner. We just wanted to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Paris and it was greatly enhanced by our stay at your apartment. The apartment itself was everything you had described and more. We were not familiar with rue Montorgeuil. What a joy to have such a variety of the freshest meats, fish, vegetables and fruit only steps away. And yet the apartment was not in the midst of the busy street. The two Metro lines within 5 minutes walk was great as I am not the walker I once was.Thank you very much for extending the check-in and check-out times. This was very kind of you and helped our arrival and departure plans a lot.
I would be glad to recommend your service to anyone.We want to thank you once again and please keep up this great service for future Paris visitors.

As a graphic designer working with the fashion industry, I required a month long accommodation in Paris that could provide a comfortable, convenient live/work environment. I had also planned to convene with various clients, so an attractive space was really desirable. 24 rue Chapon was so much more than I had ever hoped for.
The location, just off Rue Beaubourg, could not be more central- adjacent to the Marais, Republique, and Les Artes et Metiers, the street is like a tranquil oasis in the middle of one of the trendiest areas of the city. Just across the street, you must try my favorite restaurant, Taxi Jaune - truly Parisian, in a neuvo-bohemian kind of way. A couple of blocks away, on rue des Gravillers, you’ll find the coolest spot in town, Andy Warloo (when I would suggest to my Parisian clients that we meet at Andy Warloo, they practically gave me the key to the city). Then of course, the Pompidu, a stones’ throw away... What a location.
The place itself is stunning, with the original, dark, hardwood floors, and a really thoughtful layout, one feels completely at home. Two enormous sets of windows open to gorgeous court yard, bestowing a wonderful light throughout the day- a day that begins with the sweet songs of a couple of tiny little blue birds (don’t know what they are, but they’re cute) just outside the window. So peaceful, with really kind and considerate neighbors, that may just ask you to join them for wine down in the courtyard one warm afternoon...I’ve been going to Paris since I was 10 years old, and love it; but I’ve never had a more pleasant, romantic, inspiring time as I did in the mild winter of 2007 at 24 Rue Chapon.
Hi Regis, I wanted to say thank you for helping to make my trip to Paris that much more enjoyable.The apartment was great! I loved the area and particularly the street (Rue Vertbois) which was very cool. I will definitely be calling you for my next trip to your wonderful city. Everything was perfect. This was my first time in Paris, but not my last. You are so lucky to live in such a fantastic city. I truly love Paris and wish I could have stayed longer. Thanks again Regis! All the best!
