Just a quick note to thank you for all of your help and to let you know that we loved the apartment.  It was everything we wanted and the location was perfect.  You have a truly wonderful city and we loved every minute of our brief stay.  I would have no hesitation in recommending Special Apartments.

I hope this finds you well. Paul and I just wanted to extend our gratitude to you for providing us with such gorgeous accommodation in Paris. That was my third visit there and by far the best experience ever. Although the tv and phone didn't work it didn't matter, we spent our days walking everywhere and enjoying all that Paris has to offer.
We have already recommended Rue Chapon to our friends and family and will be sure to book another holiday with you next year.

We had a lovely stay in Paris. A bird had 2 babies on the window sill outside the bathroom – we are hoping they are OK they had just left the nest but not flying when we left.

Thank you for the lovely flat for our stay in Paris.  Hopefully everything was left in good condition.  Except there was a cracked wine glass, that when we tried to wash did completely break - sorry.
Can't wait for our next trip to Paris. We'll be sure to contact you.

Just wanted to say thank you for all of your help regarding the apartment I rented from you last week. We had a fantastic time and the apartment was lovely and in the most amazing location, so thank you again (don’t suppose you want to sell it to me do you?!)
I hope everything was fine with our check out!
I travel to Paris fairly often (when money and work allow!)so I really hope we can stay in one of your properties again.

Just want to drop you a quick email to thank you for your help with the apartment over the weekend. We had a lovely time and enjoyed the apartment very much. It was my Dad's first trip to France from Australia and he was very impressed! 
I will definitely get back in touch next time I'm in Paris :)

i cannot tell you how happy i am that everything worked out so well me and my boyfriend really had a great time and i am very grateful for your help and everything you have done i just put a few pictures - im sure you can tell that we enjoyed ourselves a lot thx again so much i think we forgot to place the table and chairs back in its place (couldnt open the left window but wanted to have breakfast with wide-open window so moved it...hope u dont mind) and i also broke one glass of wine washin it sorry let me know if you want me to pay it all my best and maybe cu again in another apartment maybe next year...

Hope you got payment ok, please let us know if anything was not left in order in the apartment or if there will be any additional charges. Just wanted to thank you again for the suggestion of the Paris apartments….it was fantastic. We were in this great pedestrian area with a little street that was full of cafes and restaurants.  Right off the Sentier subway stop.  Absolutely loved Paris….don’t have pics yet but will send the apartment pics as soon as I do.

 I've been meaning to write you since we returned from Paris. I want you to know how much we enjoyed staying at 24 rue Chapon. The apartment was bigger than we expected, very comfortable, and well located. We felt at home immediately and easily made our way around the neighborhood. Coming home to a comfortable apartment made being in Paris -- already a dream come true -- even more special.
We also wanted to express our thanks to you for being patient when we had a problem with our Visa card. I have written to them to let them know their mistake greatly inconvenienced us and you in particular. My husband and I deeply appreciated your understanding and we are sorry about the trouble that was caused.
Thank you so much for the wonderful apartment! We would like to rent from you again when we return to Paris.

Just to let you know we enjoyed our stay in Paris and appreciated your assistance.  The apartment worked out well for us and we hope we left it as you hoped.  Please let us know when the deposit amount can be refunded. Just one thing to note there was no hair dryer in the apartment. We hope to stay with you sometime in the future.

We may come back through Paris around 19th or 20th april so will contact you for some accomodation if we need

thank you so much. We had a wonderful time rue du Faubourg Saint Martin, it's so central and shopping at the little covered market proved to be a gourmet experience...The apartment itself was very nice and practical. Its good to feel at home when you're travelling!

We thought you were great. You always got back to us immediately and were so nice. My husband works for Ford Motor co. and a number of US employees are working in cologne (Germany) for a few weeks. I hope you are well and the sunny weather has continued in Paris. Its been a week since our return to Australia and we are just starting to recover from the jetlag! However it's a small price to pay for our amazing Parisian experience. We are quite sure that our stay in the apartments contributed to our experience in Paris - both locations were fantastic and enabled us to feel that we were a part of the city, albeit a small one. Something a hotel room could not have provided. We hope to return to France in the future as there is still so much for us to explore.
Thank you for your' assistance managing our stay, particularly for the late nights you worked to keep in touch across timezones prior to my arrival. Your efforts made it so much easier and were very much appreciated.

I just wanted to send you a quick email to thank you for the use of the apartment in early December. We had a great time in Paris and managed to fit in most of the sights during our visit. I don’t think I have walked so much in so few days!
We really enjoyed the apartment and its location was great, so close to all the sights.
