Situated right on the edge of the Bois de Boulogne, a park that was created by Baron Hausmann, in the middle of the 19th century and often referred to as one of the ‘lungs’ of the capital; this apartment is ideally situated in the residential embassy neighbourhood, on Boulevard Lannes, in the 16th arrondissement. It is 140 square meters, with three bedrooms, on the 4th French floor of a 19th century Hausmann building with elevator, concierge and a security code. The area is perfect for a family; the center of the city is very close by, through public transport or taxi, and at the same time you are just opposite a beautiful wooded forest, ideal for walks and where you can also rent row boats on the lake, go horse-back riding or go to the ‘jardin d’acclimatatation’ a small zoo and funfair.
There is a large entrance hall with two glass doors leading on to a magnificent double living room with a balcony looking over the woods of Boulogne. The room is decorated with marble fireplace, wood parquet floors, large sofas and a dining room table. On the same side of the apartment with an identical view is the master bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom with shower and his and hers glass wash basins. The Second bedroom has a bathroom with a bath and the third bedroom has a small bathroom with shower. The apartment sleeps 6 people. The kitchen is small but very well conceived with all the amenities that one would expect from a luxury apartment: Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher and a refrigerator with separate freezer compartment.
