We returned from our trip to Paris two weeks ago and miss it already!  We absolutely loved our little apartment (the peek a boo view of the Eiffel tower from the skylight was a suprise bonus!) and I cannot thank you enough for recommending the area of Ils St Louis - it was absolutely perfect!  To be able to step out our front door and walk the most beautiful streets, enjoy fresh gelato, flip a coin to go to the right or left bank - it was amazing.  I will be recommending your services to everyone I know and I cannot wait to visit your incredible city again.  It truly is magical.  The apartment was exactly how it looked in the pictures and we could not have been happier with our stay.  Merci Beaucoup

Thanks for the thoughts.
We had a fabulous time in Paris
We appreciated being met at the apartment & the guide to restaurants was great
There has been a change in owner & name at 15, rue Montmartre to ” The Christ
Inn’s Bistro ” ; but a great atmosphere still & good food.
The position of the apartment & elevator cannot be faulted. The apartment was
good temperature wise in May, but we needed shades down in day & windows open at night ( making it quite noisy).
The bed was good & internet access good. The bathroom was efficient, Only
mild downside was the coir matting on the floor - a bit rough on bare feet.

Thank you very much for your e-mail. Our stay in Paris was memorable one. The apartment we rented met the expectations and was according to photos and description on the web. Organizationally wise everything was on highest level and I must say that specialapartments team was more than helpful and really nice.

The only thing that I must make remark for was the bed in the apartment (what I also said to one of the employees on the phone during the stay). It was really in very poor condition and it was really uncomfortable to sleep in it. You can only suppose how important the bed is after whole day sightseeing and walking. The bed was not straight but U-shaped and the layer on metal construction so thin that one could feel the metal construction with every move.

Everything else we were really satisfied with and I thank for your professional service.

Thanks for the email.  We loved the apartment in Paris and it had absolutely everything we needed.  The communication with Regis before we arrived and when we were in Paris was great - he always got back to me straight away.  We would definitely rent the apartment again, or rent a larger apartment if there were more than two of us.  The only thing that my boyfriend Steve mentioned was that when he was collecting the keys to the apartment, it took half an hour knocking on the door of the office before somebody heard him!  But Im sure that could be easily solved by putting a doorbell or something on the office door.

We had a great stay in your apt in Paris.  The apt was efficient and comfortable.  Some character too with the wood beams and the big window to the small street.  Very well localized and  close to Marais.  It was close access to the main attractions like ile de la cité , le Louvre.

We would stay there again for sure.  I would highly recommend it to anyone.  As a matter of fact, I have already recommended it to someone over the past few weeks we have been back.

I couldn’t have had a more enjoyable stay, the renting process was so quick and easy, especially because it was so last minute. The apartment was perfect and I will definitely use you again. Thankyou so much for such a stress-free rental!

My fiancee and I were in town and stuck for a hotel until we received a tip from a fellow American in Paris who raved about the apartment he let from Special Apartments. Based on his recommendation we emailed the site and got a same day response , which was incredible to start with as it was on a weekend. We arranged to have pick up keys Sunday and it all went completely as described, seamless operation. Again this was a Sunday and we could not believe how easy it was all laid out for us to pick up keys. On top of that, our apartment was beyond perfect. Romantic, central to everywhere we wanted to be , right by the Metro in the Marais. On top of this, much cheaper than any hotel would have been for the same stay. Would I recommend Special Apartments? YES! Expertly run with a large array of apartments in every price range.
And the guys were super nice about directions to cafes and touristy stuff. All in all, excellent.

My first thought was to book a flat on Ile St Louis, but considering it was only for a night, Régis and his team suggested this flat.

Although the Halles district is not my favorite in Paris, I have accepted and was quite glad I did. Regis welcome was professional and warm. As for the flat, it is very well designed and furbished. The bedding is of high quality and it is a luxury to be able to sleep in the heart of Paris without hearing a thing.

One suggestion: provide soap and shampoo in the bathroom. As for the rest, the flat was fully equipped.

I will definitely book again with Special Apartments.
