I am so sorry – I had every intention of emailing you all to let you know how we went. I just got straight back into work when we returned from our trip and it went out of my head! I absolutely loved the apartment and we had a wonderful stay in Paris. As it was our first time there everything else seemed inferior by comparison.

I thought your service – the prompt reply to all my emails and every question answered, was very professional and made me feel very welcome.  We will be returning to Paris again in 2013 we hope so I will be definitely be getting in touch to book an apartment with you.

I’d like to say that staying with Special Apartments was the best decision I made. There I could taste what is the real French way of life, and also I should say that the location of the apartment was awesome, a walking distance of Musée du Louvre, and in Rue Saint Honoré, which is lovely and full of restaurants, wine stores, brasseries, etc. I would love to stay again with Special Apartments, and I certainly will, if a can. The TV could be a little bigger, so after a day of walking up and down Paris we could watch a movie or some like that

Thank you, we had a fantastic holiday and we are now home safe and sound.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the unit perfect for our needs.  When we were planning our trip to Paris, we had some fairly specific requirements and this apartment met all of them.
·         We needed to be in a central position and be in walking distance of a number of tourist attractions.
·         We wanted to be near public transport.
·         A unit that catered for 3 people.
The only area of improvement that I could find was the sofa bed.  Our 6 year old son slept on it, had he been an adolescent or adult it would’ve been incredibly uncomfortable for him.  With a new sofa bed we would be hard pressed to find fault with the apartment.

We had a great time.The apartments were both in great locations and well presented. It was great to have an apartment compared to a hotel as it gave us more flexibility and there was a lot more room. The service was excellent.

we had a fabulous stay in the apartment in Paris recently.  Regis was outstanding - very welcoming, always followed up - and we were very pleased with our apartment - its location, amenities - made for a fabulous stay in Paris.  We will definitely be using your services again - next year when we return.

We are still travelling, now in Bali. Hence the lack of a note before this. It has been all schedules and itineraries. But we loved our time in Paris, thank you.

This was our third stay with Special Apartments. I can’t imagine Paris without one of your homes away from home. We wandered down to the Ile one day specifically to see how the paint job was on an earlier rental. We look at maps in light of possible apartments!
You have become our starting point when we plan. We hope to see Paris again through one of your windows!

We returned from our trip to Paris two weeks ago and miss it already!  We absolutely loved our little apartment (the peek a boo view of the Eiffel tower from the skylight was a suprise bonus!) and I cannot thank you enough for recommending the area of Ils St Louis - it was absolutely perfect!  To be able to step out our front door and walk the most beautiful streets, enjoy fresh gelato, flip a coin to go to the right or left bank - it was amazing.  I will be recommending your services to everyone I know and I cannot wait to visit your incredible city again.  It truly is magical.  The apartment was exactly how it looked in the pictures and we could not have been happier with our stay.  Merci Beaucoup

Thanks for the follow up. We did have a great time. As for some feedback for future improvements, we have come up with the following:

To improve:
- A meet and greet person at accommodation will enhance your service. You could show where things are.
- I don’t see a street number for the accommodation. We have to ask around at the beginning.

Great things:
- There are some maps and clear instructions guide.
- Wifi is free and fast
- Cotton bud and cotton wool provided
- Free wine
- Kitchen has basics provided on pantry
- Location is convenient

Just for info : We do offer a meet and greet for this apartment for a small fee and there is also a detailed brochure in the apartment with information about the apartment and the area.
The street number is above the large entrance door on the street.

My husband and I visited Paris this past spring and rented a studio apartment from Special Apartments for our week’s stay. We couldn’t have been happier with the lodgings. It was clean, modern, well-situated and the lock-box at the front door was such a convenient way to pick up and drop off the keys. The free Wi-Fi and international phone calls also made us feel like home the minute we walked through the door. Booking through Special Apartments online system was easy and straight-forward, as well, and customer service was personal and prompt. We were thrilled with our Special Apartment and would not hesitate to book through them again on our next stay. Highly recommended!
