SPECIAL APARTMENTS

I am so glad you contacted me.  I have been meaning to go onto VRBO and write a review but life has been so busy.   We absolutely loved our stay in apartment 009.  It was perfect for our ramify of 5.  The location was fabulous.   The furnishings and building were beautiful.  We had a great time exploring Paris from the apartment as our home base.  We particularly appreciated the welcome packet prepared by the owners.  We used some of the suggestions for restaurants and had some great meals and experiences.  We would recommend the apartment and your organization to others without reservation. That must have been a touch of ESP as I was only last week thinking that I should have put
something on your website about our stay in July.  Yes, there was the hiccup with the Ile Saint
Louis apartment and then the slight disappointment with the substitute apartment - but then of
course we were in heaven when we had the opportunity to stay the last four days in the Opera
district in YOUR beautiful apartment there.  My daughter and I felt like princesses (well, perhaps
I’m a bit old to be a princess!!) staying in those glorious surrounds.  We absolutely loved it!!

That was our second stay in the Opera district at one of your apartments and we hope to do
likewise again next July when I will be celebrating a significant birthday.

Geraldine and Regis were so helpful, courteous and accommodating in all their dealings with us,
and I always recommend Special Apartments to any friends who are travelling to Paris.

Hope to be back next July!

The service and apartment provided by your company were both great. I have recommended Special Apartments on to a number of friends and colleagues of mine for when they travel to Paris. I will actually be back in Paris to run in the half marathon in March 2012 and will definitely look to book an apartment with you for that weekend.

Yes I certainly do remember you. You are the English gentleman with the fine French accent! It was great meeting you with Regis in Apartment 009.

Whilst it is true we did not get to stay at Ilse de St Louis as originally planned, we did have a happy time in Paris at Rue St Honore and of course the last night in the magnificent abode of No 9.

Please be assured that we were well aware that there was nothing that Special Apartments could do about a failed renovation. You can only present and rent properties that your owners have ready and available. It is interesting to note that tradesmen in France are much they same as in Australia!

The fact that Regis went out of his way to ensure we had an appropriate place to stay was much appreciated, particularly on the last night. The fact that the owners name plate on the downstairs intercom matched Regis did not go unnoticed! When Cheeling’s relatives turned up to help us with our cases on the last morning (we were all travelling to Figeac together) they were VERY impressed with the apartment and furnishings (actually a bit shocked I think as to how good it was - compared to their 3 star hotel…)

We have recommended Special Apartments to Cheeling’s extended family in Malaysia (they travel quite a bit) and I have also let my francophile colleagues know that SA is a website that can be used with confidence.

For my part I will be back to France about yearly as I now have an interest in Figeac (fell in love with the place), so a few days in Paris must always be part of my travels. So you will see me again in one of your apartments!

Until then I hope you, Regis and Geraldine remain well and life treats you well.

We had a great time.The apartments were both in great locations and well presented. It was great to have an apartment compared to a hotel as it gave us more flexibility and there was a lot more room. The service was excellent.

this is the second time I have stayed with Special Apartments in Paris and my sister and her family have now booked apartment #38 for a week in September. We had a lovely comfortable stay - great position and wonderful old building with character.

Thank you for the great service - I will definitely be booking my next stay in Paris through Special Apartments.

Our stay at your apartment was wonderful. The appointments were perfect, the location was ideal, the service was exemplary. The only downside was the construction noise from the floor below, but I trust that has abated by now.
