We can welcome guests free-of-charge in normal working hours except for Bank holidays
Monday-Friday from  10h00-18h00
Saturday from 10h00-16h00

There is an extra charge for arrivals outside working hours and on Sundays, you can check this on our extra services page

Apart from this, our offices are open

We are happy to announce that after three weeks, where we received a huge number of very highly-qualified applications for the post of Guest Relations Officer, we have finally settled on Hugh Yates. Hugh will join Geraldine Capelle, who has been working with us since September last year.

Hugh is from Dorset, in the South of the UK. He graduated from Manchester university last year, where he earned a 2:1 degree in European Studies and French. He is of course a native Enlish speaker, speaks excellent French, Italian and is learning Spanish. He has had some experience in the hotel industry, having worked a stint at the Royal Garden Hotel in London.
