We had a lovely time and hope to be back in the next few years.The apartments were extremely clean and all the items we had pre-ordered were available and nicely presented. We just loved the location-central and with good options for dining. Thank you for looking after us and we look forward to our next visit.

As for our stay at the apartment, all I can say is that it was brilliant - the apartment was everything we had hoped for and then more…. it had everything we needed and was in a perfect location for tourists who want to explore Paris, like we did.
The welcome and the explanation by your colleague was very helpful (she was very friendly!) and the instructions provided prior to the trip were very concise/clear.

To be honest, the only negative was that we couldn’t stay in Paris longer, but that has nothing to do with the apartment…

When we travel to Paris again (here’s hoping it’s not too long a wait) we’ll definitely look to use the apartments again.

Thank you, we had a fantastic holiday and we are now home safe and sound.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the unit perfect for our needs.  When we were planning our trip to Paris, we had some fairly specific requirements and this apartment met all of them.
·         We needed to be in a central position and be in walking distance of a number of tourist attractions.
·         We wanted to be near public transport.
·         A unit that catered for 3 people.
The only area of improvement that I could find was the sofa bed.  Our 6 year old son slept on it, had he been an adolescent or adult it would’ve been incredibly uncomfortable for him.  With a new sofa bed we would be hard pressed to find fault with the apartment.

we had a fabulous stay in the apartment in Paris recently.  Regis was outstanding - very welcoming, always followed up - and we were very pleased with our apartment - its location, amenities - made for a fabulous stay in Paris.  We will definitely be using your services again - next year when we return.

We had a great stay with you. The apartment was in a perfect location, and was
clean and in great condition.

A small (tiny!) suggestion I can make is to leave a printout of the apartment
details in the apartment. Our apartment got changed at the last minute and so we
weren’t able to print out a new copy of the information as we were already
travelling so we struggled with how to use the washing machine and internet and
things like that. Just a small suggestion that might make things easier for the
guests. Apart from that, you are offering a fantastic service at very affordable
prices and we would definitely use you again.

I wanted to thank you for the fabulous experience I had staying at 189, Rue St Honore earlier this year. Especially your fantastic service!  You accommodated my last minute date changes and when I had difficulty with the door lock on arrival you were easy to contact and solved the problem quickly (even on a Sunday morning!)

The apartment was great. I loved the central location and presentation of the apartment. Mostly, as I was staying on my own for most of my stay, I felt safe and secure. Even when walking back to the apartment at night.

I am looking forward to returning, hopefully soon.  Apartment 189 Rue St Honore would be my first choice of accommodation.

Thanks for the thoughts.
We had a fabulous time in Paris
We appreciated being met at the apartment & the guide to restaurants was great
There has been a change in owner & name at 15, rue Montmartre to ” The Christ
Inn’s Bistro ” ; but a great atmosphere still & good food.
The position of the apartment & elevator cannot be faulted. The apartment was
good temperature wise in May, but we needed shades down in day & windows open at night ( making it quite noisy).
The bed was good & internet access good. The bathroom was efficient, Only
mild downside was the coir matting on the floor - a bit rough on bare feet.

Our stay in Paris was great. I certainly don’t think we have any complaints or negative feedback to provide! Your instructions to get the key and make it to the apartment were very comprehensive and we found everything without any trouble. Although I would recommend that people try to get into Paris at a reasonable time so they can meet you at the apartment (just to avoid lugging all the bags everywhere!).

The apartment itself was nice and clean and comfortable and such a great location Next time we must stay longer!
