The apartment in Paris was absolutely fantastic!!! Close to the metro and felt like we actually lived in Paris!! The apartment itself was excellent, it was super clean, and we loved it having the Nespresso machine! We live in Toulouse and will definitely stay here again!! Thanks again!!

Thankyou for your email. We’re happy to reply. We think your website is wonderful; easy to navigate, lots of information clearly available, and the prices were well advertised so we could choose the best place that we could afford.
We really enjoyed our Marais apartment. It was well appointed, excellent location, value for money, and attractive. The book of information they left was very helpful. One of the restaurants they suggested was excellent and very reasonably priced. Le Carre des Voges and have the baby vegetables with shaved white truffle! Yum!

As I often say to Regis, his service is outstanding in every way.  I recommend your apartments to all my friends and I understand a few have taken up the suggestion.

I visit Paris annually and Special Apartments are unfailingly perfect for my needs!  Thank you!

By the way, as I boarded my plane at Orly I remembered that I had not emptied the bathroom garbage bin in #45.  I hang my head in shame … sorry!

Thanks for the follow up. We did have a great time. As for some feedback for future improvements, we have come up with the following:

To improve:
- A meet and greet person at accommodation will enhance your service. You could show where things are.
- I don’t see a street number for the accommodation. We have to ask around at the beginning.

Great things:
- There are some maps and clear instructions guide.
- Wifi is free and fast
- Cotton bud and cotton wool provided
- Free wine
- Kitchen has basics provided on pantry
- Location is convenient

Just for info : We do offer a meet and greet for this apartment for a small fee and there is also a detailed brochure in the apartment with information about the apartment and the area.
The street number is above the large entrance door on the street.

My husband and I visited Paris this past spring and rented a studio apartment from Special Apartments for our week’s stay. We couldn’t have been happier with the lodgings. It was clean, modern, well-situated and the lock-box at the front door was such a convenient way to pick up and drop off the keys. The free Wi-Fi and international phone calls also made us feel like home the minute we walked through the door. Booking through Special Apartments online system was easy and straight-forward, as well, and customer service was personal and prompt. We were thrilled with our Special Apartment and would not hesitate to book through them again on our next stay. Highly recommended!

Everything was great.
Little small but I was warned of Paris standard apartment sizes!
I now see why everyone loves Paris and I have my list of what to see next.
Found everyone in Paris to be very nice and helpful.
don’t know why there all those rumors that the French are rude to Americans, found the complete opposite, friendly, helpful polite people.
And the food was fabulous!

We did enjoy our stay very much and would have left a note to tell you as much, but getting packed up and onto trains is always a busy time.  We found the apartment very clean and satisfactory for our needs. I have recently recommended your site to a friend going over in winter. She and her husband need a weeks accomod. Her name is xxxxxxx….I hope she contacts you.
The apartment had  a very nice ambience with everything we could possibly need. My partner Alex ‘s only adverse comment was with regard to the TV…he had trouble with the reception….otherwise…all good.

we had an absolutely wonderful stay in your apartment in the Marais. Needless to say the Marais area is one of the best areas to stay in Paris when on vacation. The restaurants and cafes are open until the small hours of the morning, the small boutiques are enticing, the art stores are wonderful, what can I say, it was perfect. The apartment was everything we expected, and having stayed in self catering villas and apartments, I don’t take this for granted. All the descriptions and pictures on the website were accurate, the welcome was warm and helpful and we will definitely be visiting one of your apartments in the future again.
