Thanks for the followup from our trip.   The apartment was good, it was as expected from the photos and ‘blurb’ on the website and the area was really central for coffees, groceries, restaurants and similar.   I would suggest that you make a note on the website about the slight metro ‘rumble’ underneath the apartment - it didn’t upset us at all as I’m a good sleeper but if my husband had been with us it may have been a different situation…

Overall we enjoyed our short stay and the location of the apartment was really good.

We enjoyed our stay and will probably stay again in a couple of years. We appreciated the assistance that Geraldine gave us in solving some electricity and gas problems.

Dear John,

My husband and I were in Paris on our honeymoon and we had a wonderful stay in one of your apartments. The location was excellent and as the apartment was located in an inner courtyard, it was very quiet. We were in Paris for 10 days and staying in an apartment was a great decision for us. It took a lot of stress out of our stay and even saved us money. I will definitely recommend your company to anyone I know visiting Paris.

Thank you for following up with the washing machine instructions. The all-in-one machines are quite different than we have in the United States and the symbols on the machine aren’t as universal as they could be. I’m sure future renters will be appreciative.

The leak was really no problem as it was located near the sink in the kitchen. We just wanted to alert you guys so it wouldn’t get any worse. Hugh was great and came right over to diagnose the problem. He went upstairs had a chat with the folks there and the problem was solved. They had failed to shut their shower curtain while taking a shower.

I should mention that Hugh was really great to work with as was all the staff we encountered. You guys respond amazingly quickly to emails which was one of the biggest reasons we chose you — you responded first and kept responding to all of my questions.

Thank you for checking in with me. I’m not sure when we’ll be back to Paris, but we would use your services in the future.
