We’re finishing off the individual new welcome brochures for each apartment; 20 pages of information on how to get to and from the apartment/Airport, things to do in the area, great restaurants, how to work the washing machine etcetera, etcetera

I absolutely loved the apartment, the people who work with you and the overall experience. I would love to again rent your apartment on Ile St Louis when I return the first week in October.
Thank you again for being so accommodating on such short notice. My family was around the corner on Rue Pouletier and it was perfect.
Yours,
Jackie

Hi Hugh, Geraldine,
We have finally arrived back in the heat and rain of the Southern hemisphere and I wanted to drop you a line to say thank you and what a great apartment!
My husband was really impressed by Hugh who met him at the apartment after his long trip from Sydney. A very nice guy – shame I didn’t get to meet you Hugh!
We were both very impressed with the apartment and had a great stay! We ate at the Restaurant 404 and loved it. We also walked the streets endlessly – as one would expect. A wonderful apartment in a wonderful area and fantastic city. Bathroom, clean and a great size; lounge area fantastic. Technology up to date and very useful. A really nice place to come home to.
Thank you! Thank you! We will definitely use your services again on our next trip to Paris and have recommended you to friends already!
Can you tell me if you have any 3 bedroom apartments – this is for a friend who lives just outside of Paris who has guests coming in to town – and we recommended you.
Thanks again.
Shannon

I would like to provide feedback to you regarding our recent stay in one of
your apartments, and more importantly on one of your staff members, Hugh.
From the beginning of my enquiry months ago, Hugh has been very prompt in
responding to all emails and answering all queries fully. His fantastic
customer service and attention to detail contributed to us having a very
enjoyable stay. When we had a query during our stay, whatever time, Hugh was
at the other end of the phone call or email. When we had a problem with the
car arranged to pick us up from the airport, Hugh was right on to it. Whilst
in Paris Geraldine answered an email for us and was also very prompt in
responding. We run our own business in Australia and understand how hard it
is to find good staff, so rest assured, you have fine ambassadors for your
company in Hugh and Geraldine.
Regards
Sharon Rushford

We’re very proud of our Guest relations officer Hugh Yates, who has been training very keenly for the last few months to run the Paris Marathon on the 11th April.
Here is a note from him
On the 11th April I will be pounding the Parisian pavements (je trottinerai les trottoirs parisiens) for 42km (it sounds way further in metric). I shall be running in aid of the Ellen MacArthur trust, a charity set up to encourage young people who have suffered from cancer to get their lives going again by introducing them to sailing.
I am doing this in memory of my brother Will, who was a very keen sailor (and general all-round Francophile), and would have really approved of the charity and its work.
I haven’t set a target for donations (or for my finishing time) so please just give what you can.
Thanks very much,
Hugh

We are happy to announce that after three weeks, where we received a huge number of very highly-qualified applications for the post of Guest Relations Officer, we have finally settled on Hugh Yates. Hugh will join Geraldine Capelle, who has been working with us since September last year.
Hugh is from Dorset, in the South of the UK. He graduated from Manchester university last year, where he earned a 2:1 degree in European Studies and French. He is of course a native Enlish speaker, speaks excellent French, Italian and is learning Spanish. He has had some experience in the hotel industry, having worked a stint at the Royal Garden Hotel in London.
We are sure that he will be a great asset to the team. His email is hugh@specialapartments.com
