We had a fabulous stay with Special Apartments. I accidently booked apartment No 8 not realizing there was no lift and I have a knee problem so stairs are a drama for me.
I was dismayed but was it a problem for you guys. No way! We rang Regis he met us there and immediately found two other apartments with a lift for us to choose from. We felt this amazing service when it was our fault.
We actually stayed in apt 8 for the first  night it is a great apartment in a fantastic spot to enjoy the Montorgueil  area with many cafes shops and restaurants. However next day when apartment 41 was available  we then moved there. This apt is amazing 2 doors from Notre Dame it felt as if we were actually living life as a Paris native.
The service we received from Special Apartments from booking to leaving Paris was excellent. We have booked your apartments for other family members
who were equally impressed. Could not believe the day we arrived Geraldine arrive with a new shower curtain as you thought the one there was marked it looked fine to us.
We are coming back next year and will be booking with you again.

Dear Regis & Others,

All too soon our stay in Paris is coming to an end - we are departing for South Africa early tomorrow morning - and excepting for today, we had lovely summer weather and a wonderful stay.

The apartment was all we expected, and more. It was spacious, beautifully furnished and decorated and we really loved it.

The apartment on Rue D’Arcole was quite lovely. We felt like Paris natives. Very comfortable bed in the bedroom. The pull out sofa bed was not great but then again, they never are in Paris. Our son and his girlfriend slept on the sofa bed and they seemed to get by just fine.

Although touristy, this is a great central location that enabled us to walk north, south, east and west and see all of central Paris. Easy walking to Ile St. Louis meant we ate dinner at a different restaurant there almost every night. We amazed our friends with pictures I took of Notre Dame north tower filling the kitchen window. There was never a need to set an alarm clock as the bells started peeling at 8am sharp every day. Not sure I’d want to hear that every day for years but for our 8-day stay it was quite romantic and enjoyable.

I will definitely use Special Apartments again on our next visit to Paris. Your service from the initial booking on the Web to follow up emails was very professional. Thanks for your attentive service.

My stay in Apartment #41 at rue d’ Arcole was divine and I can’t think of a more centrally located apartment to accommodate a single traveler.  The apartment was furnished in a lovely manner and everything was very functional, clean and totally French chic.  The view of Notre Dame and waking to the tower bells every morning was unbelieveable.  I loved the closed proximity to the cafés for a quick latte’ in the morning or lite bite in the evening.  The Quasimoda café which was just two doors down became my regular for morning latte and work on my novel and I also became fond of Café Panes.  Also, the stroll across the bridge provided a plethora of dining options and entertainment.  (I highly recommend the Chinese restaurant which has great Dim Sum if you seek an alternative to the decadent French fare)

Thank you to Regis and his team for arranging a great stay in Paris.  I will most definitely use his company again and I recommend their firm to other Americans travelling to Paris.

this has been our second stay will special apartments.  It was a pleasure to deal with Regis and Geraldine even though the apartment we selected wasn’t available, the alternative was quaint and we loved the area at Notre Dame with the bells sounding through out the day. Things do happen when travelling so we just go with it.

We recommended you to a few friends and we have all had a positive experience. We will definitely be back with you next year
but  I am not sure what month at this time.

We loved the apartment, it was fantastic.  Lots of space, excellent location, we could walk everywhere but it is also so close to the metro and Batobus.  It was a lovely quiet haven after busy sight-seeing days around Paris :)  Everything worked well in the apartment, the heating was great, loved all the windows which makes the place so light and bright.  We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.  Our thanks also to you and all the staff at Special Apartments, what a pleasure to deal with such professional and friendly people.  You made it so easy for us to find a place to stay, you responded so promptly to our emails and took all the worry out of booking accommodation. We would definitely use your company for our next Paris vacation.  Thank you!!

Dear  John,

Thank you for your mail. I have now arrived back in Australia following a month with relatives in the UK after Paris.

Paris was wonderful and certainly the apartment allowed us to be part of the community if only for a short time, I would not hesitate to rent again.

I thought your website was excellent, easy to use and view the accommodation. We had as you will be aware a couple of mishaps regarding the booking of preferred apartments, the last one we managed to sort out the day before I left the UK…slightly worrying for me as I ended up trying to sort out my Aunt who had injured her knee as well as last minute changes. However I felt that Regis did all he could to assist me and organised transfers and greeting at the apartment which I appreciated.

The apartment was lovely…felt very ‘ Parisian’, wonderful position.

Would not hesitate to use your company again…hope next time we can spend longer!
