I am so sorry – I had every intention of emailing you all to let you know how we went. I just got straight back into work when we returned from our trip and it went out of my head! I absolutely loved the apartment and we had a wonderful stay in Paris. As it was our first time there everything else seemed inferior by comparison.

I thought your service – the prompt reply to all my emails and every question answered, was very professional and made me feel very welcome.  We will be returning to Paris again in 2013 we hope so I will be definitely be getting in touch to book an apartment with you.

Thanks for the follow up. We did have a great time. As for some feedback for future improvements, we have come up with the following:

To improve:
- A meet and greet person at accommodation will enhance your service. You could show where things are.
- I don’t see a street number for the accommodation. We have to ask around at the beginning.

Great things:
- There are some maps and clear instructions guide.
- Wifi is free and fast
- Cotton bud and cotton wool provided
- Free wine
- Kitchen has basics provided on pantry
- Location is convenient

Just for info : We do offer a meet and greet for this apartment for a small fee and there is also a detailed brochure in the apartment with information about the apartment and the area.
The street number is above the large entrance door on the street.

My husband and I visited Paris this past spring and rented a studio apartment from Special Apartments for our week’s stay. We couldn’t have been happier with the lodgings. It was clean, modern, well-situated and the lock-box at the front door was such a convenient way to pick up and drop off the keys. The free Wi-Fi and international phone calls also made us feel like home the minute we walked through the door. Booking through Special Apartments online system was easy and straight-forward, as well, and customer service was personal and prompt. We were thrilled with our Special Apartment and would not hesitate to book through them again on our next stay. Highly recommended!

Greetings from Nouvelle Zelande.  We have arrived back after
a wonderful holiday in Paris and canal boating on the
Nivernais.  Thank you for all your help in securing the
apartement for us, and for phoning Locaboat to confirm our
cruise itinerary.

We had fabulous weather almost the whole time we were in
France.  Unfortunately it is not like that here!

We look forward to our next visit!
