We had a great time in Paris.  The apartment was perfect for our needs and your service was wonderful.  The repairs needed (broken sofa, towel bar not heating) were done very quickly and efficiently.
Our only complaint is the taxi service whose number is given on your information sheet as having an English speaking operator were horrible.  They were rude and unhelpful.  I called the evening before our departure to reserve a taxi to the station and they would not do it.  They told me a taxi would be available in the morning.  When I called in the morning, they had nothing for 2 hours and were completely unhelpful.
We will use your services again for our next trip to Paris.
Sincerely
Gillian

I stayed at the apartments on the advice of my colleague John McMullan and am so glad I did! Your company’s service is superb and welcoming. The location of my rue de Temple apartment was superb; I had no idea how close I would be to the Pompidou, Notre Dame, basically everything in walking distance. I had a wonderful stay in Paris and the apartment was a very big part of that – being able to make myself meals with food from local shops made the Marais district feel like home!

A quick note to let you know we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rue de Temple apartment last week.  This is a great little apartment which had everything we needed for our stay.  We were happy with the quality of the apartment, cleanliness and your service was fantastic.

We will happily contact you next time we are visiting Paris - do you have any apartments in the Canal St Martin district?  We will also happily recommend Special Apartments to friends looking for accommodation in Paris.

Thanks again and kind regards
Alison Tait and Andrew Harward
