We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed staying in your apartment. We have since been telling all our friends about how good it was – so hopefully you will get more business.

We will definitely be back as we just loved Paris.  So now it’s a choice between New York and Paris.

Our stay with Special Apartments was definitely a highlight of our holiday.
We were very impressed with the location and the quality of our accommodation.  We also had a small problem with plumbing whilst in the apartment and you organised for it to be fixed very quickly. On our return to Australia, we have recommended your company to friends who are traveling to Paris and we would certainly use your services again.
I also found that you were very easy to communicate with via email and telephone and that everything went as planned.

Thank you very much indeed for the suggested companies here in London.  We
have now booked an apartment through Home from Home.

It was a huge help to have these names as we did not have to waste time
searching the internet.

The apartment business here is very busy and many places do not have vacancies.

So - thank you again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paris in 008! You delivered everything
promised and we are very grateful.  It can be a little nerve wracking paying
for an apartment over the internet and hoping for the best!

Dear John,

My husband and I were in Paris on our honeymoon and we had a wonderful stay in one of your apartments. The location was excellent and as the apartment was located in an inner courtyard, it was very quiet. We were in Paris for 10 days and staying in an apartment was a great decision for us. It took a lot of stress out of our stay and even saved us money. I will definitely recommend your company to anyone I know visiting Paris.

Thank you for following up with the washing machine instructions. The all-in-one machines are quite different than we have in the United States and the symbols on the machine aren’t as universal as they could be. I’m sure future renters will be appreciative.

The leak was really no problem as it was located near the sink in the kitchen. We just wanted to alert you guys so it wouldn’t get any worse. Hugh was great and came right over to diagnose the problem. He went upstairs had a chat with the folks there and the problem was solved. They had failed to shut their shower curtain while taking a shower.

I should mention that Hugh was really great to work with as was all the staff we encountered. You guys respond amazingly quickly to emails which was one of the biggest reasons we chose you — you responded first and kept responding to all of my questions.

Thank you for checking in with me. I’m not sure when we’ll be back to Paris, but we would use your services in the future.
