We had a wonderful time. Paris was one of our favorite places we visited - the apartment was exactly the way your have shown it on the Internet.  It was clean and was perfectly placed right in the heart of everything we wanted to do. When we next visit we will be contacting you again and in the meantime we have told all our friends of your website and all the different apartments you have.

Thanks for the wishes and the best of the festive season to you and your team as well.

The apartment in Paris was good, and well located just around the corner from the local eating areas as well as the train stations.

There was only one complaint regarding the apartment and that was the electrical and lighting problem which left us without lights in the bathroom and entry for 3 days. We know you are aware of this and assume you would have had the wiring repaired by now.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and will recommend it to our friends.

Thank you, we had a wonderful stay in your Paris apartment.  The location was perfect, as were the amenities. We were very comfortable.
We would certainly stay at that apartment again, and recommend to friends.

we had a great stay and would return in a heartbeat. Location great, building/apt style was as described and perfect for our needs. I liked the access and location instructions which were spot on. All in all perfect, it made our Paris holiday.

I just wanted to send a quick note of thanks.  My sister and I enjoyed our stay in the rue St. Sauveur apartment very much last week.  It was a lovely place to come home to every day, very comfortable and elegant.  I achieved my objective on this trip because my sister fell in love with Paris, and I am certain that our superior accommodations played a part in that.
I feel we received a high level of customer service from Regis.  On the day we arrived, it turned out there weren’t sheets on the bed in the mezzanine area.  Regis made note of this and ended up coming back to the apartment later that day to deliver the sheets and make the bed.
Thank you for a wonderful experience.  I will definitely recommend Special Apartments to friends and family who plan to visit Paris.

Thank you for following up with me in regards to our stay in February.

We were all so thrilled with the apartment and especially happy with the service which was provided to us,not just whilst we were staying in Paris but also for the open and helpful communication before we arrived.

All the staff that we encountered were extremely helpful and we were extremely grateful that we could leave our luggage in the offices before and after check in as that allowed us more time to explore.

The apartment itself was in a great location, clean and beautiful inside, the only downside was that the phone wouldn’t work properly so was unable to call home to Australia.

Other then that we had a great stay and will be highly recommending special apartments Paris to friends and family
