We were very happy with our stay in apartment #004 - it was perfect for two people, and the neighbourhood was excellent; very central but at the same time you felt a bit away from the most touristic areas. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby, metro so close and not a long walk down to the Seine.
Thank you very much - we will definately use Special Apartments again!

My stay at apartment number 4 was really amazing! I think nothing will describe more how I really enjoyed everything than to say to you that since then, I recommended Special Apartments to 3 groups: a couple of friends, my parents and 2 aunts, and other 2 aunts. My parents we in love with your apartment and everything. I think it was number 38. My friends stayed at the same as mine and also loved it. My other 2 aunts are still there with you. They are living in Paris for 2 months and they chose to left their apartment to stay the last month in one of yours. So, the only thing I can say is that you are doing a really good job.

For sure you’ll hear back from me next time I go to Paris! And for sure you’ll hear back from a lot of friends of mine. Special Apartments are really special. To everyone that is going to Paris I tell to stay with you.

Bailey had a great time in Paris with her boyfriend Tyler.. being a studio, the apartment was super tiny compared to anything they were used to in the US, but that’s Paris.. they absolutely loved the area where the apartment was situated, and after 5 days they wanted to stay longer.. so, success.. as was the rest of their trip.. they definitely want to come back to Paris.  Thank you!

Thank you very much for your e-mail. Our stay in Paris was memorable one. The apartment we rented met the expectations and was according to photos and description on the web. Organizationally wise everything was on highest level and I must say that specialapartments team was more than helpful and really nice.

The only thing that I must make remark for was the bed in the apartment (what I also said to one of the employees on the phone during the stay). It was really in very poor condition and it was really uncomfortable to sleep in it. You can only suppose how important the bed is after whole day sightseeing and walking. The bed was not straight but U-shaped and the layer on metal construction so thin that one could feel the metal construction with every move.

Everything else we were really satisfied with and I thank for your professional service.

Thanks for the email.  We loved the apartment in Paris and it had absolutely everything we needed.  The communication with Regis before we arrived and when we were in Paris was great - he always got back to me straight away.  We would definitely rent the apartment again, or rent a larger apartment if there were more than two of us.  The only thing that my boyfriend Steve mentioned was that when he was collecting the keys to the apartment, it took half an hour knocking on the door of the office before somebody heard him!  But Im sure that could be easily solved by putting a doorbell or something on the office door.

Yes! Unfortunately the battery on the office door bell had run out that day. Fixed now!

I couldn’t have had a more enjoyable stay, the renting process was so quick and easy, especially because it was so last minute. The apartment was perfect and I will definitely use you again. Thankyou so much for such a stress-free rental!

Just want to say thanks for everything in making my stay so comfortable. Hope that i left everything in order.
I had a great time in Paris n your appartment is really accessible to everywhere. I had a good taste of real Parisian lifestyle.
Please also extend my appreciation to that handsome chap (my apologies for getting his name) who welcomed us on the first day.
