I stayed at the apartments on the advice of my colleague John McMullan and am so glad I did! Your company’s service is superb and welcoming. The location of my rue de Temple apartment was superb; I had no idea how close I would be to the Pompidou, Notre Dame, basically everything in walking distance. I had a wonderful stay in Paris and the apartment was a very big part of that – being able to make myself meals with food from local shops made the Marais district feel like home!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Paris and it was made more enjoyable by staying in the studio apartment. We found it to be extremely well located, quiet and comfortable. Having a kitchen made all the difference too. The kitchen was well appointed and allowed us to save a few euros on food bills which could have been expensive otherwise.

We were quite surprised and thrilled to see a bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival … that was a nice touch.

When in Paris again, we will definitely use your services …. your contact and dealings over the internet were great, and when we arrived at CDG airport a quick phone call to your office had us navigating the metro easily to find the accommodation. The FREE internet was a real bonus and helped make life really easy for planning our adventures around Paris.

Overall … a great experience … THANK YOU  to your team.

We were very pleased with our stay in our apartment while in Paris. Its location was perfect. We were basically right across from the Louvre Museum and walked or biked every where we needed to go. It was perfect. Our Apartment was more than sufficient, the people were very welcoming & helpful upon arrival, and the place was very comfy & charming. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about the apartment or our stay there.

Dear John,

My husband and I were in Paris on our honeymoon and we had a wonderful stay in one of your apartments. The location was excellent and as the apartment was located in an inner courtyard, it was very quiet. We were in Paris for 10 days and staying in an apartment was a great decision for us. It took a lot of stress out of our stay and even saved us money. I will definitely recommend your company to anyone I know visiting Paris.

Thank you for following up with the washing machine instructions. The all-in-one machines are quite different than we have in the United States and the symbols on the machine aren’t as universal as they could be. I’m sure future renters will be appreciative.

The leak was really no problem as it was located near the sink in the kitchen. We just wanted to alert you guys so it wouldn’t get any worse. Hugh was great and came right over to diagnose the problem. He went upstairs had a chat with the folks there and the problem was solved. They had failed to shut their shower curtain while taking a shower.

I should mention that Hugh was really great to work with as was all the staff we encountered. You guys respond amazingly quickly to emails which was one of the biggest reasons we chose you — you responded first and kept responding to all of my questions.

Thank you for checking in with me. I’m not sure when we’ll be back to Paris, but we would use your services in the future.

We wanted to let you know how happy we were with our apartment at rue Bachaumont.  It was a perfect location for us–right between the Bibliotheque Nationale and the Archives Nationales.  We were able to walk to both locations.  And you were right about the great neighborhood.  If we are lucky enough to return to Paris, that apartment will be our first choice for lodging.  Thank you for all your help.

I did indeed stay with you in what I regard now as MY apartment in Paris.I loved my apartment and woke up each morning thrilled to be in such a glorious light bright space.After spending 4 weeks walking the Camino in Spain being in dark buildings with tiny windows it was fantastic to arrive and find the great French doors and the view across the roof tops to the sky.Being on the top floor with no one above me and at the back of the building it made the apartment very quiet which was lovely when ever I came in from the bustle of Paris.
So thankyou for making it possible for me to enrich my time in Paris by the choice of my apartment.When next i am in Paris I will definitely want to return to this lovely spot.Thankyou Louise van Embden.

We stayed in the studio apartment in October and found it ideal for our purposes.  It was sunny, quiet and private and looked out over the roofs of Paris.  Everything in the apartment worked and we would like to stay there again.

We’ll be in touch next time we are planning a trip to Paris!

We loved our stay, in spite of the workmen outside the apartment!  Even they were respectful and peaceful!  And everyone at Special Apartments conspired to make us feel welcome and at home.  I hope we can return soon.
