This Marais studio offers a central location for this much demanded fourth arrondissement of Paris. The historical heart of Paris with many ancient buildings or 'Hotels Particuliers' built for the aristocracy in the middle ages. The marais also boasts wonderful museums, such as the Picasso Museum, the Musee Carnavalet and the Pompidou center. You will be only a 5-10 minute walk from the cathedral of Notre Dame, the very heart of the city. The metro stop ‘Hotel de Ville’, which can take you quickly to the louvre, concorde, the Champs-Elysees and the Arc de Triomphe is at the end of the street.
The apartment is 29 square meters or 300 square feet, plus a mezzanine double bed, giving an additional 5 square meters. There is also a Sofa bed in the main living area. The apartment has original beams adorning an extra high ceiling, checkered black and white tiled floor and two large windows looking on to the street. The well-equipped kitchen has an electric stove, microwave and washing machine (no dryer). The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and a hairdryer. The apartment is on the third floor of a 17th century building, it is accessible by a small narrow staircase.
