This beautiful luxury apartment is situated a few steps away from the famous Place des Victoires, originally built to celebrate the many victories of the Sun King, Louis XIV in the XVII century, with beautifully planned buildings built around an equestrian statue of the Sun King himself.

The apartment is also within a couple of minutes walk from the rue Montorgueil, a famous pedestrian street with its fresh food market, shops and trendy cafés, leading on to les Halles, which used to be the main food market of the city, until replaced by a very large leisure centre : the Forum des Halles. The Louvre, Pompidou centre, Notre Dame, the old Opera house and the big department stores are all close by.

The apartment itself is on the second floor (known as the noble floor, because this is where the masters of the house used to live) of an early XVIII century building, accessed by a beautiful stone and wood staircase or, if you prefer, an elevator. The apartments entrance gives on to a large entrance hallway, naturally lit by three large windows and giving on to a very large reception room, with two large windows with wooden shutters, two sofas a coffee table, a large flat screen television with cable connection and a hi-fi system.

The bedroom can be accessed through a door on the right side of the living room, or by another door to the right of the main apartment entrance. It is equipped with a large king-sized double bed and television, plenty of storage space and an ensuite marble bathroom and separate toilet. The bathroom has a giant shower, a sink, washing machine with dryer and a hairdryer.

To the left and at the end of the entrance hall is a beautifully designed kitchen space, fully equipped with an oven, four vitro-ceramic burners, a microwave oven, dishwashing machine, refrigerator, freezer, toaster and an espresso coffee-making machine. the kitchen area gives on to a small breakfast area with a table and three chairs Saarinen by Knoll.

To the left of the living room is the main dining room, with its beautiful decorative fireplace and another large tulip table and chairs by Knoll, which seats five. This room also conveniently gives on to the Kitchen and has a separate hi-fi system.
