This charming one bedroom 50 sq.metres (540 sq.foot) apartment is ideally situated in between the rue Montorgeuil and the Place des Victoires, perfect for both shopping and sightseeing. The rue Etienne Marcel and the Place des Victoires are full of fashionable clothes shops such as Yohji Yamamoto, Kenzo, Barbara Bui, Diesel, Replay to name a few and the rue Montorgueil is a perfect place to hang out on a terraced cafe and watch the beautiful people walk by, or eat in one of the delicious restaurants that are in the area. You are also just a few minutes walk away from the Louvre, one of the biggest museums in the world.

The apartment is at the end of a very long courtyard and on the fifth floor (with elevator, phew!!!) so it is extremely calm and quiet, with a bright view over the rooftops of Paris. It has beautiful wood parqet floors and original plaster mouldings that have been renovated to conserve that wonderful 'French touch'.

The entrance, with its shiny black ceramic floor tiles and cobbled stone walls, leads into the fully equipped American-style kitchen. Here, anyone who loves to cook will be thrilled. It is equipped with a vitroceramic electric stove, an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is also a small bar/table with seating for two.

The living room has two Chesterfield couches, one of which is convertable to a comfortable bed for two.There is a large-screened television with DVD home cinema from Bose. The HiFi system is also Bose. There is also a large seawater aquarium with live corals and tropical fish (the owner will pass by for a few minutes, every one or two days to take care of them).

The last room of the apartment is the bedroom with a large, very comfortable bed (160*200cm), plenty of storage space and a small desk. One side of the room is mirrored, adding light and space to this very pleasant room.

The bathroom is next to the kitchen with a large beautiful cobble-stoned walled shower, sink and toilet.

The apartment is equipped with cable television and high-speed internet and telephone calls to most international destinations, including the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and all European countries.
