This beautiful 25 sq. meter (269sq.foot) studio apartment is situated in the heart of the Marais; one of the most beautiful areas of the capital, with its splendid 'Hotels Particuliers', small quaint streets, great restaurants, bars and cafes, it is one of the most sought-after places to be. You are just up the street from the Pompidou centre and the Cathedral of Notre Dame de Paris and the Places des Vosges, the Bastille, the Louvre and the Montorgueil neighbourhood are just a short walk.

The apartment is situated on the third floor of a 17th century walk-up building, just downstairs from our apartment reference number #022 (which may be interesting for larger groups, offering accommodation for up to eight guests in the same building).

It is composed of a small entrance way with adequate storage space on your left and a newly-renovated bathroom to your right. The bathroom has a large shower with sliding glass doors a small sink and a toilet.

The living area has two very large windows, which give the studio a very light and spacious feel. It is furnished with a very comfortable convertible sofa-bed, an armchair and a small dining table with seating for two. There is a flatscreen television with cable connection with some English-speaking news channels, mtv etc.. and a telephone from which you can call landlines in about two hundred countries for free.

Looking on to the living area is a small open-plan kitchen, with a vitroceramic, two-hubbed cooker, sink, toaster, kettle and coffee-maker.
