This spacious apartment (1076 sq. foot) has just been redecorated (November 2007). It is perfectly situated around the corner from the famous Pompidou center, with its incredible modern art collection. It is in the heart of the marais, full of museums and beautiful buildings from the 15th-18th centuries.

The street is very calm and the apartment is on the fourth French floor (no elevator) of a 17th centruy building, so there is plenty of light with the two main bedrooms and the living room facing south.

The living room is large with two south-facing windows and two other windows in the dining room area giving a lot of light. There is a large sofa, television with cable connection, hi-fi system and a decorative fireplace. The living room is separated from the dining area by the original exposed beams and the dining area with a table for six, gives on to an American kitchen, with four vitroceramic hubs, a micro wave oven, a traditional oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker.

There are three bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms. One is a full bathroom with toilet, bathtub/shower, and a washbasin, the other is equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin. There is also another toilet in the laundry room, along with a washing machine and dryer. Two of the bedrooms have king-size beds and the third has twin beds, which can be put together, if need be.

The apartment is equipped with a high-speed internet connection.
