This stunning 85 sq. metre (915 sq.ft) apartment is on the second floor of a 17th century building in the heart of Paris, a stones throw from the museum of modern art at the pompidou centre, the wonderful Montorgueil area and les Halles with its convenient subway connections to Charles de Gaulle airport and the exhibition halls at Villepinte. From here you would be ideally situated to explore all the major attractions in the city of light.

The apartment itself has many of its four-century old features intact, such as a beautiful decorative stone fireplace and the magnificent oak beamed roof. The east-facing windows overlooking a flowered courtyard below (no access) are immense and the ceilings high. The apartment has just been entirely renovated and decorated with fine antiques and beautiful original artwork.

The front door opens to a small entrance with a small independant kitchen to the left, well equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, separate freezer, dishwasher and washing/drying machine combo. There are plenty of pots, pans, ustensils and crockery to ensure that you can prepare a great meal for your group if you so desire.

The entrance hallway gives on to a very large living room with antique canapes, empire armchairs, an art deco table with four chairs and is decorated with beautiful lamps, paintings and objects. There is also a flatscreen television with cable connection and telephone from which you can call most landlines all over the world and even cell phones in the USA and Canada.

Behind the living room there is a separate library/office space with a desk, ideal for catching up with some work or email correspondance.

Opposite from the office are the two bedrooms, fitted with high-quality queen-sized beds; each bedroom comes with its own en-suite modern bathroom, equipped with shower, sink and toilet. Both bedrooms have double beds with plenty of storage space to either side. the floors in the bedrooms are in oakwood.

This apartment is conveniently situated in the same building (with different entrances) to the apartment Ref. #019 , convenient for larger groups (up to ten guests).
