Here you will find food shops, boutiques, cafes and restaurants. The Montorgueil has become very famous over the last few years, since it has many interesting shops, restaurants, cafés and bars. A great place to hang out on a terrace and do some people watching...Try some pastry at the famous pastry shop 'Stohrer' which was founded in the eighteenth century, when the French queen brought her pastissier with her from Poland. Within walking distance the shops at Les Halles will keep even the most dedicated shopper busy for a day. The Louvre and the Pompidou center are but a stroll away.
The apartment is on the third French floor (no elevator) of an old 18th century building. It gives on to a quiet courtyard, so that even though you are in the very heart of the city, your studio will be a peaceful place to rest after a busy days sight-seeing.
