This 57 square meter apartment was entirely redecorated in 2006. Situated on the 4th floor (with elevator) of an old building, modernized in 1990, it is very centrally located between the ‘Place du Chatelet’ and the ‘Pont Neuf’ on the rue st. Honore. You are within a few minutes walk to all the central Parisian attractions such as the Louvre, Notre Dame, the Pompidou center, the Montorgueil neighbourhood and the Marais. Cross over the Pont Neuf bridge and you are in Saint Germain des Pres, Saint Michel and the latin quarter.
The apartment itself is mostly open plan in the style of a loft, with dark wood parquet floors all over and looks on to the street in the front and the buildings courtyard to the back.
The entrance gives directly on to a large living area with a sofa bed which can sleep two guests, two modern-style lounge chairs, a coffee table, plenty of storage space, a flat screen television, a mini hi-fi cd player and radio.
To the left there is a dining room area with a table for four, which is right next to the open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with a vitro ceramic stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment and a washing machine (no dryer).
To the right of the dining room is the bedroom, with its king sized bed and closet. Finally the bathroom, with bath, wash basin and toilet is down a flight of steps giving on to the kitchen area.
