This one bedroom apartment is part of a 'Hotel Particulier'(mansion) that once belonged to Colbert, Louis XIV the Sun-King's minister of finances. the apartment looks over a beautiful and very calm courtyard, so that even though it is in a very lively neighbourhood in the most central part of Paris, with great restaurants, cafes and shops, you will be in a haven of peace at the end of your day's walking around Paris.

The apartment is about 40 sq. metres (431 sq. ft) large, on the first floor of a 17th century building, with wood parquet floors and enormous windows, bathing the apartment in light.

You enter the apartment by anentrance hall with a small bathroom to the right, with shower, sink and toilet.

At the end of the entrance way the apartment gives on to a dining area with a table and seating for four, under the mezzanine and is followed by a separate kitchen, equipped with an electric four-hub cooker, an oven, a microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, refrigerator with ice-compartment and a washing machine/clothes dryer combo.

The living area has two very large windows (facing South and East) giving plenty of light, original paintings, classic French furniture and a decorative marble fireplace. It is equipped with a sofa, coffee table, armchair and flatscreen television with cable connection.

The separate bedroom has a double bed (140cm x 190cm), with crystal applique lighting, 18th century engravings and a large window overlooking the courtyard. There is also two cupboards, to store personal items.

There is also additional double bedding (140cm x 190cm) for two guests in the mezzanine overlooking the living room.
