
This one bedroom apartment is part of a 'Hotel Particulier' that once belonged to Colbert, Louis XIV the Sun-King's minister of finances. the apartment looks over a beautiful and very calm courtyard, so that even though it is in a very lively neighbourhood in the most central part of Paris, with great restaurants, cafes and shops, you will be in a haven of peace at the end of your day's walking around Paris.
The apartment is about 40 sq. metres (431 sq. ft) large, on the first floor (no elevator) of a 17th century building, with wood parquet floors and is composed of a small entrance hall with a small bathroom to the left, with shower, sink and toilet.
