This rental apartment has just been entirely renovated and decorated (January 2008) in a modern style. it is situated on the first (French) floor of an 18th century building in the heart of the Marais neighbourhood of Paris. The building has a security code.

From here you can easily explore central Paris by foot, with the Pompidou centre, Notre Dame, l'hotel de Soubise, the Carnavalet museum and Les Halles, all just a few blocks away. There is also a metro station (Arts et Metiers) just at the end of the street, with connections to take you all over this beautiful city.

The studio is 22 sq. metres (240 sq. feet) large. Just next to the entrance door, on the left is a small, but practical and well-designed kitchen area, equiped with a vitro-ceramic stove, with two burners, a micro-wave/oven combi, a small refrigerator with ice-compartment and a coffee machine and toaster.

The living area, with its original wood-beamed ceiling and two large windows looking over a quiet street, has a pull out sofa bed for two a table with two chairs, a flat-screen television with cable connection and plenty of storage space.

The bathroom has an extra large shower with glass doors, a suspendedd toilet and sink.

This is the perfect place to stay if you're on a budget, but you want a comfortable well-equiped space right in the center of the city.
