You are just a couple of blocks away from a wonderful market street called rue de Bretagne, where you can find wonderful groceries, cafés and bars. The area is full of museums, art galleries and good restaurants.

This rental apartment is 48 square meters (520 square feet) with an entrance that opens directly to the living room with a bar/kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, a vitro-ceramic cooker with two burners, a micro-wave/oven combo, a dishwasher and a sink. The living room is very tastefully decorated with a sofa which can serve as bedding for a third guest and design chairs and an array of art books in coffee table format, and storage space.

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a television with cable connection a dvd player and a Hi-Fi system with an Ipod hub. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and a washing machine/dryer combo. There is a separate toilet with marble flooring.
