This 100 square metre (1076 sq. ft) three bedroom triplex family apartment is on the fourth, fifth and sixth floor (with the entrance on the third floor) of a 17th building on the world-renowned Ile Saint Louis, famous for its delicious Berthillon ice cream, quaint shops, beautiful 'Hotels Particuliers' and famous residents, both past and present. Ile Saint Louis is really the heart of Paris; it was where Paris was born when the Parisii celtic tribes settled here a long, long time ago. From the 15th - 18th century, many nobles had their Parisian homes built here, so the island is rich with some of the most beautiful architecture in the capital, whilst retaining a charming island feeling.

The first level of this adorable triplex opens to a large open-plan living space, with a sofa, comfy chairs, coffee table, decorative fireplace and a dining room table with seating for six. All of which is overlooked by a well-equipped kitchen with a bar, four hub cooker, refrigerator, separate freezer and all you might need to prepare a decent meal. The ceilings have original oak-beams. There is a large flatscreen television with cable connection.

The Second level has one bedroom with twin beds (these can be joined to make a queen-sized bed) and another with a double bed. There is a bathroom with a full bath, aswell as a washing machine/dryer combo and a separate toilet. There is also a separate study desk overlooking the staircase, which is handy if you need to get some work done.

On the third level, you'll find a large sunny bedroom with mansarded ceilings and an east-facing window with a view over the roofs of paris and the cathedral of Notre Dame de Paris. This room is fitted with a queen-sized bed. and has an en-suite bathroom with a tiled shower and toilet.

There is of course free internet Wifi connection, cable television and free calls to many landlines in countries all over the world.
