This newly renovated and decorated apartment is situated in a 17th century building in the heart of Paris, Chatelet/Les Halles, ideally situated to discover the capital. All the major attractions are within walking distance: The Louvre, Pompidou Centre, Notre Dame, The Marais, Saint Germain are all within A 10-15 minute walking radius. There is also a direct RER train connection to and from the Airport Charles de Gaulle.
This large studio apartment is situated on the first floor and is 37 square meters (400 square foot) with a 5 square metre mezzanine sleeping area, with extremely high, original oak-beamed ceilings and equally high windows on both sides giving on to interior courtyards. The apartment is extremely quiet, whilst being in a very animated area, with the Montorgueil area, with its markets, cafes and restaurants,just around the corner and the Marais a short walk away too.It has just been entirely renovated and decorated by us for an investor to the highest standards. It is decorated in a classic French Parisian style.
You enter the apartment directly with, to your left a large elegant dining table with seating for six and a beautiful gilded 40's Chandelier with dimmer switch overhead.
The dining space is served by a well-equipped kitchen space under the mezzanine staircase, with a vitroceramic cooker with 4 hubs, a small refrigerator with ice compartment, an oven, toaster and kettle.
The bathroom with its large tiled shower, sink and toilet are just behind the dining space.
To your right when you enter, is the living space with a comfortable sofa, coffee table Louis XV armchair and flatscreen television with cable connection.
Under the mezzanine, there is a desk with a small hifi system, a small library and a very large mirrored closet with plenty of space to store your belongings and a washing machine/clothes dryer combi.
The mezzanine has a comfortable double bed, more storage space and a curtained window, giving on to the interior courtyard.
The studio apartment is of course equipped with free Wifi internet connection, cable television and free calls to landlines in many countries around the world.
