This 60 square metre (646 sq. ft) apartment is situated a few blocks from the famous Champs Elysees in a neighbourhood filled with fine art galleries, antique stores and close to many designer stores on the rue Saint Honore. Here you are ideally situated to visit the Petit Palais and the Grand Palais museums, wander up and down the Champs Elysees, from where you can see the Arc de Triomphe and the obelisk of the Place de la Concorde, or shop at the most famous clothes shopping street in Paris: Avenue Montaigne.

The apartment is situated on the sixth floor with an elevator, secret door code and intercom system for the front door; it overlooks the beautiful Church of Saint Philippe du Roule and the rue du faubourg Saint Honore and has natural fibre carpeting throughout, which has just been replaced. The apartment has also just had a refreshing paint job.

The entrance gives on to a spacious dining room with designer table (Philippe Starck) and seating for six guests. It is overlooked by an open-plan kitchen with a bar and stools. From the dining room you will enter into the comfortable living room with its two sofas, one of which was designed by Le Corbusier, a decorative fireplace, coffee table, hifi system with Ipod base and a flatscreen television with dvd and cable connection.

The bedroom, which is to your right, has a queen-sized bed, a shower and sink in the room and there is a separate toilet.
