This modern apartment has just been entirely renovated and equipped with the finest quality fittings. It is ideally situated one block away from the Louvre museum in the heart of Paris. You are just a few minutes walk from the Seine, the beautiful Pont Neuf, the romantic Pont des Arts, Ile de la cité with its infamous Notre Dame de Paris and the funky, beautiful Marais. If you are a shopping fiend, you will be spoilt for choice: stay on the right bank and walk up the rue Saint Honore, which becomes the rue du faubourg Saint Honore, you will gradually go from street to trendy to chicest chic, or cross over the river and be an intellectual sipping your coffee at the Cafe Flore on the boulevard Saint Germain, where Hemingway, Simone de Beauvoir and Jean Paul Sartre (to name but a few) did the same.

The apartment is situated on the last floor of a 19th century building which has just been entirely renovated to the highest standards. There are actually two almost-identical apartments on the same landing, which is very practical if you need to sleep up to eight guests. Both apartments are also equipped with air conditioning for the hot weather period. There is an elevator which will take you to sixth floor, where you have the entrance with a short staircase leading to the shared landing.

The apartment is 26 square metres (280 sq. feet) with the living area, kitchen and bathroom on the lower level and the bedroom on the upper level, accesed by a wooden staircase (see photos). The living area is equipped with a sofa bed (clic-clac) with queen-sized bedding for two (160 cms wide), a dining table with four designer chairs, cable television, DVD player. There is a very-well equipped kitchen with two vitro-ceramic burners, refrigerator with ice compartment, dishwasher and everything you need to make yourselves a nice meal. On the other end of the living area is the entrance to the bathroom, with a very large shower, sink and WC, all very well outfitted with black tiling. From the two skylight windows you have a wonderful view over the whole of the north of Paris as far as the Sacre Coeur Cathedral.

The upper bedroom level is equipped with a large very good quality queen-sized bed (160cms wide) with a velux so that seated on the side of your bed, you feel as if you were flying over our beautiful city.
