This modern duplex apartment to rent in the first arrondissement of Paris is ideally situated just opposite the Louvre from which the French kings ruled France for hundreds of years. After the revolution the building was gradually transformed into a museum, with its collections taking up more and more space and in the end having sole occupation there. It is now the most visited tourist attraction in France with over eight million visitors a year! Being based here you can easily visit all the main attractions in paris either by foot or a quick ride in the metro.

The 30 square meter (323 sq.ft) apartment is situated on the seventh floor of a 19th century building that has been entirely renovated and refurbished with security codes, interphones and an elevator. It is on the same landing as apartment reference #034, which we also manage and is ideal if you need to group two apartments together while maintaining a certain independence (for up to eight guests). It is also air-conditioned in the event of hot weather at the owners discretion.

It is decorated in a contemporary style ......New wooden parquet floors with modern design furniture, a superb quality queen-sized convertible sofa-bed in the living area, a table with seating for four, a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, vitroceramic cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer combi and plenty of storage space. The living area has two large skylight windows with a view southwards of the Louvre and the Eiffel tower in the distance.

The bathroom is on the lower level and has large black tiling, an extra large shower, suspended wc and sink.

The bedroom with its large queen-sized bed on the upper level, has a skylight window with a view towards the northern side of Paris: eglise Saint eustache and the Sacre coeur basilica.
